Man on trial for tattooing 7-year old

The kid was sobbing while the tattoo was being done? What a puss. It's too bad they didn't have any Gold Bond (green bottle) around to calm him down, according to EV it can solve all problems.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I am playing the video

    ReplyDelete
  5. That's odd. I can't see the video, but I'll leave the post it up if others can see it.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I can't believe it's a possible life sentence... rapists don't even get that

    ReplyDelete
  7. Yeah, that's the messed up thing. A life sentence for that?

    ReplyDelete
  8. i kinda think thats harsh too. but maybe this is his 3rd strike?

    ReplyDelete
  9. It probably is his 3rd strike.

    ReplyDelete
  10. stories and people like this amaze me. what would make this dude think its ok to tattoo a 7 year old?

    ReplyDelete
  11. And what about the dad? Now there's a dipshit.

    ReplyDelete
  12. The video isn't showing up for me either.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Now it's showing up for me. Check it out now DG.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Child molesters get a few years in prison and a paw print tattoo gets life?

    ReplyDelete
  15. It seems that's the way it is in CA. But it's probably a 3 strikes thing. If not, that's just awful.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I didn't see anon basically left the same comment as me.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Didn't some guy just recently get in trouble for branding his kids? I think that is worse than this.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I was going to go to the pool but then decided that I have had enough sun for this week. So I decided to go grocery shopping and rent a movie for later.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Not sure, but yeah that is worse than this. Why was the kind branded? Did the dad think the kid is cattle?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Here is the branding story:

  21. I don't remember the name of the video and it's still in the car. I never heard of the movie before whatever it is. Movies like that are like a casino. It may be good but the odds are always against me.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I like the headline they chose for that. I sure work at an online news site.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The kids are 15 & 17? And a daughter too? Damn.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I remember that. I wonder if she still feels dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  25. what is the three strike law? If you break the same law 3 times, you get life, or if go to jail three times, third is life? It sounds harass either way..

    ReplyDelete
  26. she said she fell asleep when he was doing the tattoo. no fucking way could you fall asleep when youre getting a tattoo.... especially on the face.

    ReplyDelete
  27. if you commit 3 of the same felonies or something like that.

    ReplyDelete
  28. And I should work at Hallmark with my movie phrase.

    ReplyDelete
  29. You should DG. I'm sure you would boost their sales when word got out you're working there.

    ReplyDelete
  30. have you seen the toxic avenger?

    ReplyDelete
  31. It's for people who have been convicted of crimes three or more times Astrid.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I agree Anonymous. I can't see someone getting a tattoo on their face while they were sleeping.

    ReplyDelete
  33. the toxic avenger is a classic. right up there with casablanca and gone with the wind.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I just googled that movie. I can see why you would put it up there with those classics.

    ReplyDelete
  35. i think it had the 2nd most expensive make up and effects budget ever. and it shows.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I just watched the toxic avenger trailer. Its a cast full of oscar winners.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The criminals didn't know what law and order was until Marvin got on the scene.

    ReplyDelete
  38. i think brad pitt had an uncredited cameo. and al pacino was in it too.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I got my dog a shirt that says size doesn't matter because he is just that badass.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Good one. Have you put it on him yet?

    ReplyDelete
  41. Yeah, he is wearing it now. I got it for him because he shivers since I turn on the air conditioning.

    ReplyDelete
  42. You should take a picture of him wearing it.

    ReplyDelete
  43. i think i might have to download the comedy classic 'the hottie and the nottie'.

    ReplyDelete
  44. badasses dont shiver in the cold. fail.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Very true. DG has a poser on her hands.

    ReplyDelete
  46. hey dg, did you go to the anti-1070 march?

    ReplyDelete
  47. I heard the Hottie and the Nottie was one of the best movies ever made.

    ReplyDelete
  48. a real badass would sweat in a snowstorm.

    ReplyDelete
  49. it has that unbelievable sexy paris hilton.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I remember hearing about it when it came out.

    ReplyDelete
  51. i heard the lines to go see it were like 3 blocks long.

    ReplyDelete
  52. San Antonio had to build a new theater showing that movie on all 22 screens just to meet the demand for it.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I just got done grooming my dogs at the self serve grooming place near my house. My puppy had never had a haircut cause everytime I took him to the groomer her freaked out and they couldn't cut his hair. I took matters into my own hands and shaved him... except for his head, I left the mohawk.

    ReplyDelete
  54. You should be a stylist Skeets.

    ReplyDelete
  55. have you seen that 'nottie' chick?
i think the roles got switched.

    http://themixtapemonster.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/lakin.jpg

    ReplyDelete
  56. I didn't even know who the "nottie" was.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Now I'm reading about lysol's history as a douche... thanks Anon!

    ReplyDelete
  58. You going to try that technique out Skeets?

    ReplyDelete
  59. HELL NO! First of all douching is VERY bad for you. Second of all I do not have a vaginal smell problem. GROSS. Pretty sure those douscing should be visiting their doctor instead.

    ReplyDelete
  60. That is GROSS Skeets, that's for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  61. yea.. douching is bad for you

if women are really stinky it can be sign of an std..

    ReplyDelete
  62. Spurs, Suns gonna pull this off?

    ReplyDelete
  63. What's up Drew? And no, probably not unfortunately. We'll see though.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Kobey's a monster! Yeah, can't stand Bill Maher

    ReplyDelete
  65. I hope the Lakers win just because the suns fans where rubbing it in... and I don't care about basketball anyway

    ReplyDelete
  66. Check this out Drew. Forward it to the 1:25 mark.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SZMN2uGv8o

Amazing he can say that and not be called a racist.

    ReplyDelete
  67. LOL @ "you're doing a heck of a job brownie".

    ReplyDelete
  68. Okay Astrid. Have you ever watched his show? It's not really comedy, it's more of a political show.

    ReplyDelete
  69. And Katt and Rock can make racist jokes because they are black, and nobody black can be racist.

    ReplyDelete
  70. What happened to Carlos Mencia.. he used to tell racist jokes all the time about every race

    ReplyDelete
  71. He dropped off the face of the earth.

    ReplyDelete
  72. spurs... you're right.. it's a double standard..

If a Chris Rock said that joke, it wouldn't be racist... but since a whitey said it, OMG.. how can he not be called racist for telling that joke??

If every other race is doing it.. why can't a white guy do it?

    ReplyDelete
  73. I am not an oppressor..

    ReplyDelete
  74. I am not a white man... so I am at least 50% sure

    ReplyDelete
  75. yea.. you oppressed me when you called me a bra burner

    ReplyDelete
  76. maybe you should go powder your balls and relax

    ReplyDelete
  77. hey, who are the suns playing next? lol.

    ReplyDelete
  78. No one. They are just going to watch Amare walk. But I do wish they had beaten the Lakers.

    ReplyDelete
  79. yeah...maybe next year. thats a common phrase around phoenix. lol.

    ReplyDelete
  80. whos retiring next season? maybe the suns can sign them on.

    ReplyDelete
  81. They did have a damn good year, but if Amare leaves (and I think he will) that will be end of them.

    ReplyDelete
  82. we wont have another season like this for about 3 years.

    ReplyDelete
  83. I don't know. In 3 years Nash will be gone. They can't replace that guy.

    ReplyDelete
  84. this might be our last good season then.

    ReplyDelete
  85. We got the Dragon! In all seriousness, I bet that guy develops into a great PG. In the mean time, we need to snatch up Rubio and keep Amare down. I'm pretty sure the Suns have room to sign someone else, especially if they lost Amare's contract. Shaq's 20 mil contract vanished when he went to Cleveland, so they definitely have enough to lock Amare down and take a look at some FA's.

    ReplyDelete
  86. How do you think the Suns will get Rubio?

    ReplyDelete
  87. I do wonder when that guy is going to come over.

    ReplyDelete
  88. I don't know, but I'm looking forward to football season now.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Same here. And I'm interested to see what the Braves can do in Cox's last season.

    ReplyDelete
  90. The whats and the who? I don't follow baseball. I generally root for any team that isn't Yankees.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Well, football season will be here soon, it will be fun to watch your Eagles win 7 games w/out McNabb.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I don't know how they will fare, but I know they won't be a bottom feeding team.

Likewise, it will be fun to watch the Cowboys miss playoffs with the best team and QB they could muster in the last decade.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Pretty sure the Cowboys are going to make the playoffs.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I don't think they will be bad, though. Kolb has won games on short notice and I still have confidence that Vick could lead the team well if Reid would give him more starts.

    ReplyDelete
  95. You have a point there. It would be interesting to see what Vick can do. He'll probably get a chance at starting at some point during the season.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Reid and the rest of the coaching staff (Morningweg) need to pull their head out of their asses and work on their offensive game plan. They have been predictable against division teams for a few years now, and up until last year they were bailed out by having a superior offense. They rely too heavily on gouging the field with big plays rather than managing the ball, which is why the defense looked so horrible on paper.

    ReplyDelete
  97. I think Reid will probably be gone after the season.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Sadly, I'm not so sure. I think Reid is also the GM, which is why I was saying the best we can hope for is McNabb gone. He would have been gone by now if there was someone involved above him making the calls.

    ReplyDelete
  99. I'm glad they only used up two picks for offensive players and loaded up on D prospects. I think we lost Sheldon Brown, too. That's going to hurt.

    ReplyDelete
  100. It will be interesting to see what the Giants do as well.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I still love Reid's offensive game style over the years. That is why I became an Eagles fan. Now more teams are starting to become passing style and shitting all over that old slogan "Defense wins Championships."

    ReplyDelete
  102. Fuck the Littles. I expect to see Coughlin on the sidelines, on the verge of a heart attack while his vaunted defense gets carved up while Manning Jr sits on the bench and weeps.

    ReplyDelete
  103. And I finally have a reason to get exited for Eagles vs Skins games.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Coughlin might be gone after the season too.

    ReplyDelete
  105. And yeah, it will be interesting to see how McNabb does against the Eagles.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Who was the Giants fan here? Wop?

I'm putting a lot of faith in Kolb since Reid acts like a schoolgirl around him. I have a feeling he knew right before the season ended he wanted to get rid of McNabb.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Yeah, Oz is a Giants and lowly Knicks fan.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I'm kind of interested in seeing Dez Bryant play. I'm hoping he is a bust.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Of course you are hoping he's a bust, but I'm quite sure he won't be.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Yeah, he looked pretty good. I just hope he doesn't turn out better than Maclin.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I think Maclin will end up doing well in the NFL.

    ReplyDelete
  112. I hope the Steelers get their shit shoved in again. It was great to see their shitty fans eat crow last season. One of those douche bags commented on the 2014 Superbowl being played in New York, saying they hope it gets played in a Blizzard storm. Basically, because he considers passing teams Arena Football and boring ass Defensive struggle teams as "Real" Football.

    ReplyDelete
  113. You know, the Steelers having always rubbed me wrong too. And that rapist quarterback just adds to my distaste for them.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Hopefully Goodell goes through with that six game suspension. I'm pretty sure the Steelers have garbage outside of Ben.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Probably because Hines Ward and Roethlisberger are douchebags, they play boring football, and the fans and usually pieces of shit.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I've never been there, so I could easily be wrong, but that seems like a shitty place to live.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Lebeau is an amazing Coordinator, though. It's interesting to watch the plays he comes up with. But, overall it sucks watching a team that plays to not lose always and intends to win by shutting their opponent out and dragging out the game with 3-4 yard run plays

    ReplyDelete
  118. I just read that Crayton wants out of Dallas. I guess they're confident in Bryant.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Yeah, I saw that too. I don't see any room for him either. I think they are trying to trade him before just releasing him, but I don't think any team will trade for him.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Do the Cowboys not keep any 3rd options? The Eagles usually always have two.

    ReplyDelete
  121. They think Dez is the 3rd option. They aren't willing to admit Williams isn't a 1 or 2 because they overpaid him and gave up too much for him.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Oh wow, did the Cowboys pick up more WR's in the draft? I thought they had four guys before they added Bryant, now it looks like their booked up to 4th string on both sides. If they're dropping Crayton and taking Ogletree over them, that must mean they're going to drop like three of those guys.

    ReplyDelete
  123. I don't know how many receivers they picked up.

    ReplyDelete
  124. They have eight right now across the chart, so I imagine if Crayton is insurance, Ryan, Hurd, or that Johnson guy are as well.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Actually, maybe not. I see Crayton is sucking up two mil.

    ReplyDelete
  126. I'd put Hurd in the insurance category.

    ReplyDelete

  131. Goonies never say dieMay 30, 2010 at 5:38 PM

it only takes a couple of beers got you drunk? heh

    ReplyDelete
  132. Oz:

Once again, the Giants and the Knicks suck. And $1200 on a pair of sunglasses? What brand?

    ReplyDelete
  133. where have you been today spurs?

    ReplyDelete
  134. I have been writing audit reports.. think I am going to sew in a minute, but I have to decide where to do it

    ReplyDelete
  135. Writing audit reports? Nice. So how many did you do?

    ReplyDelete
  136. sew up your dick holster.

    ReplyDelete
  137. it is one big project spurs...

    ReplyDelete
  138. I guess it's ok...

    ReplyDelete
  139. So you wouldn't ever be an auditor?

    ReplyDelete
  140. I am so tired of studying and going to classes... I am ready to graduate, but I have a class in the summer first..

I am just not very motivated anymore.. I feel like I have been in college forever

    ReplyDelete
  141. I think I could handle being an auditor..

    ReplyDelete
  142. How old are you Astrid? If you don't mind me asking.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Seems to be a good demand for them Astrid.

    ReplyDelete
  144. What's up 2dirty4u? How's Austin?

    ReplyDelete
  145. Just got back to SA Spurs. Couldn't stay in that place another day. Small town, and not a damn thing to do. I was actually in a town called Taylor, about 45 min from Austin.

    ReplyDelete
  146. That's where my Aunt and Uncle live.

    ReplyDelete
  147. hey 2dirty... a census worker came over today, and she thought I was 20.. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  148. So shall we go with 20 Astrid? :)

    ReplyDelete
  149. Yeah, they used to live in Hutto, I don't know if you saw the exit to that town. I have 3 cousins that live in Austin.

    ReplyDelete
  150. I think i have heard of Taylor Texas... I was in Crawford for a little bit. That place was boring as hell..

    ReplyDelete
  151. My whole family comes from Taylor. There isn't much to do there, but I was told they opened up a country western dance hall which my cousin was trying to take me to last night. LOL I should have gone just to take pics.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Hey Spurs, have your aunt and uncle lived there a while?

    ReplyDelete
  153. Damn 2dirty4u, you should have. I'm sure there were some characters there.

    ReplyDelete
  154. By the way Astrid, you might want to pick up the new Vanity Fair. I have a feeling you may like it.

    ReplyDelete
  155. oh world cup.. yeaaa

    ReplyDelete
  156. It's right around the corner Astrid.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Has to footballers in their underwear. You a fan of Ronaldo?

    ReplyDelete
  158. I like Ronaldo, but I don't think he is hot or anything... I also like Ronaldinho, and he definitely not hot.

    ReplyDelete
  159. first match between south africa and mexico...

    ReplyDelete
  160. I just looked at thedirty's traffic.... they got about 40k more in April than the month before, and that was when Nik got married, pathetic

It doesn't really look like it paid off well in terms of traffic..

    ReplyDelete
  161. 40,000 is pretty damn good. But you're right, I'm sure they were expecting more.

    ReplyDelete
  162. it's not doing well at all in comparison to perez or tmz though... and perez isn't good in comparison to tmz, and he wants to buy perez

    ReplyDelete
  163. Yeah, Perez's site brings in a ton of traffic.

    ReplyDelete
  164. cheese.com brings in decent traffic compared to thedirty

    ReplyDelete
  165. Either of you ever watch that show "house hunters international"?

    ReplyDelete
  166. I watch it sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Ok, if you could buy a secondary home (vacation home) anywhere in the world, where would you buy?

    ReplyDelete
  168. Good question. Somewhere secluded near water. Probably a bad ass private island.

    ReplyDelete
