I used to believe the theory that we evolved from monkeys was pure bullshit (if we did, why are there still monkeys around?), but now I'm not sure.
He could even parlay this into a part time job at the zoo. In addition to barbacking, he might someday be able to quit working at thedirty.com.
In all seriousness though, couldn't someone fetch a banana to entice his sorry ass of his perch? They treat him like he's some carnie act, and he's there for their amusement. Not cool, not cool at all.

ReplyDeleteWe didn't "evolve from monkeys". No scientist is saying that. Gorillas, chimps, and humans are thought to have evolved from a common ape ancestor. Apes are not monkeys.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you were serious about the whole "why are there still monkeys" thing, but I've heard people say that with complete sincerity, and it frustrates me that people discount the theory of evolution without even understanding it.
